Norton Rose Fulbright advises Soluna Holdings in US$100 million green data center financing
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright represented digital infrastructure company Soluna Holdings, Inc., as borrower, on a US$100 million financing from Generate Capital for multiple renewable energy -powered data centers located in Texas.
Soluna Holdings specializes in developing data centers powered by renewable energy. The financing will help support the construction and expansion of green data center services for blockchain and AI clients. Soluna Holdings will use the initial draw to fund the refinancing and construction of active data center projects.
Norton Rose Fulbright's deal team was led by Christine Brozynski and included Caelle Aoun, Bridgette Keane, Ana Namaki (New York) and Jody-Ann Knight (Washington, DC).
