The City of East Grand Forks (Owner) requests qualifications and information to evaluate and select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the construction of Recreation Facility Improvements in East Grand Forks. Facility Improvement projects being considered include renovation of the Civic Center Sports Complex, including a ball field addition, and renovation of the VFW Memorial Arena.
