Country Superstar Tyler Hubbard Joins Du Quoin State Fair Grandstand Lineup

DU QUOIN, IL - The Du Quoin State Fair is turning up the volume this summer with the addition of country music superstar Tyler Hubbard, set to take the Grandstand stage on Thursday, September 3.

Hubbard, who first rose to fame as one-half of the multi-platinum duo Florida Georgia Line, helped shape the sound of modern country music with a string of No. 1 hits and genre-defining anthems. With 23 career No. 1 singles as a songwriter and artist, he has already built a remarkable legacy-and now, as a solo artist, he's carving out an exciting new chapter, amassing more than 2 billion global streams to date.

His Gold-certified debut solo album, Tyler Hubbard, was released in January 2023 and features the 3x Platinum, No. 1 hit "5 Foot 9," which has garnered more than 768 million global streams. The album also includes his second No. 1 single, "Dancin' In The Country," now certified 2x Platinum with more than 657 million global streams. Hubbard has continued his chart success with follow-up singles including "Back Then Right Now" and "Park," both of which reached No. 1 on country radio-making him the only country artist to launch two separate careers with four consecutive chart-topping singles. "Park" is featured on his latest album, Strong.

"We are excited to welcome Tyler Hubbard to the Du Quoin State Fair," said Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II. "He's an artist who has helped define a generation of country music, and his ability to connect with fans makes him a perfect fit for the Grandstand stage."

Du Quoin State Fair Manager Luke Davison added, "This is the kind of show that brings people together. Tyler Hubbard has a catalog of hits that fans know and love, and his live performance brings an energy that will make for an unforgettable night at the fair."
