Help Green Iowa AmeriCorps protect water and wildlife during Highway 6 cleanup event
Community members are invited to join Green Iowa AmeriCorps for a volunteer cleanup event along Highway 6 on Friday, April 17, 2026.
Participants will meet at 10 a.m. at Riverfront Crossings Park, located at 1001 S. Clinton St. in Iowa City, before heading out to help remove litter and improve the local environment. The event offers an opportunity for residents to make a positive impact while supporting community sustainability efforts.
