Independence Day Holiday Hours (July 3 & 4)
Independence Day Holiday Hours - July 3 & 4, 2026
In recognition of the Independence Day holiday, please be aware that some MaineGeneral services and locations have adjusted hours for Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.
- MaineGeneral Express Care in Augusta, Gardiner and Waterville - open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Walk-in Lab and EKG services at the Alfond Center for Health and Thayer Center for Health - closed.
- Outpatient physician practices - closed.
- Alfond Center for Health - main entrance open 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Thayer Center for Health - main entrance closed (please use Emergency Department entrance).
- MaineGeneral's Emergency Departments in Augusta and Waterville will continue to be open 24/7.
