Forsyth County Board of Commissioners Proclaims March 29 as Education & Sharing Day

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners proclaimed Sunday, March 29, 2026, as Education & Sharing Day during its regular meeting on Thursday, March 19.

Education & Sharing Day serves as a reminder of the shared responsibility to ensure that young people are provided with a strong foundation that encourages learning, character development and a commitment to service. It highlights the importance of guiding youth toward lives rich in purpose, compassion and good works in their communities.

The Board encourages educators, volunteers and residents to work together in support of these values, helping to create a stronger, more connected community and a brighter, more hopeful future for all.
