Dentons HPRP Advises PT Universal Gas Energy in MoU with PT Bunyu Tapa Energi for Natural Gas Sale from Bunyu Tapa Field

We are pleased to announce that Dentons HPRP has successfully advised and represented PT Universal Gas Energy in the negotiation and signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Bunyu Tapa Energi for the sale of 10 to 30 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) of natural gas from the Bunyu Tapa Field.
The transaction marks a significant milestone for both parties and demonstrates continued growth in Indonesia's upstream gas sector.
