PRESS RELEASE // Applications Sought for Nampa's Airport Commission

Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling is seeking applications to fill a single vacancy on the City of Nampa's Airport Commission.

The opening would complete an existing term ending December 31, 2028. Applicants must reside within Nampa city limits or the surrounding impact area. The Airport Commission is a volunteer commission comprised of five individuals who meet on the second Monday of each month at Mission Aviation Fellowship at 5:30 p.m. The commission recommends and makes suggestions to the council concerning the operation and maintenance of the municipal airport and its real and personal property belonging to the city.

DEADLINE: All applications are currently being accepted through Sunday, May 18, 2025.

TO APPLY: Interested individuals are encouraged to download the application form at cityofnampa.us/serve and submit a letter of interest expressing reasons why they would like to serve via email to the Mayor's Office at [email protected] or deliver/mail to Nampa City Hall at 411 3rd Street South, Nampa, Idaho 83651.

All positions below must be appointed by Mayor Kling and confirmed by the Nampa City Council before beginning their term of service. Unless otherwise noted, appointments would begin serving immediately following confirmation.
