The DMACC Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors: Haley Stomp, Marcus Pitts, and Tyler Coe. Each brings a wealth of professional expertise, leadership experience, and a shared commitment to strengthening educational access and opportunity across Central Iowa.
The DMACC Foundation Board plays a critical role in advancing the college's mission by supporting student scholarships, academic programs, and campus initiatives that help learners succeed in an ever-evolving workforce. The addition of these new board members further strengthens the Foundation's ability to serve students, employers, and communities throughout the region.
Haley Stomp is a strategic global marketing leader with more than two decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and organizational transformation. She currently serves as Chief Marketing, Strategy and Commercial Excellence Officer at Phibro Animal Health Corporation, where she leads global marketing, communications, and commercial excellence initiatives for the company. Prior to that role, Stomp founded Stomp Strategy, LLC, a marketing consulting firm focused on helping organizations build strong brands and sustainable growth strategies.
In addition to her professional work, Stomp is deeply engaged in community leadership and mentorship, including supporting students and emerging professionals across Iowa.
Marcus Pitts brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, portfolio management, and economic development. A senior managing director with JLL, Pitts has worked across medical, retail, multi-family, industrial, and land development sectors.
Pitts is widely recognized for his leadership and professional achievements, including honors such as the Des Moines Forty Under 40 Award. Pitts is also actively involved in civic and philanthropic organizations, reflecting a strong commitment to community growth and development.
Tyler Coe is a respected attorney, based in the Des Moines metropolitan area, specializing in divorce and family law, legal ethics, and emerging issues related to artificial intelligence. In addition to his family law practice, Coe serves as legal ethics counsel, providing guidance to fellow attorneys on professional responsibility, ethical decision-making, and best practices within the legal profession.
"The DMACC Foundation is fortunate to welcome leaders who not only excel in their professions, but who are deeply invested in the success of our students and communities," said DMACC Interim President Liang Chee Wee. "Haley, Marcus, and Tyler each bring unique perspectives that will help guide the Foundation as we continue expanding access to education and supporting student success."
The DMACC Foundation supports scholarships, program innovation, and campus improvements that directly benefit students across DMACC's campuses and online programs. With the addition of these new board members, the Foundation continues to build a strong, diverse leadershipDm team dedicated to advancing DMACC's mission.
