NewsNation To Present Special Election Coverage “Decision Desk 2025”

Exclusive Partnership with Decision Desk HQ Will Deliver Independent Race Call Data

NewsNation RV Hits the Road to Take the Pulse of America

CHICAGO, IL - (October 27, 2025)- NewsNation today announced its plans for coverage of the 2025 gubernatorial, state legislative, and special elections taking place across the country on election day, November 4th. As part of NewsNation's continued commitment to delivering fact-based, nonpartisan journalism, the network will once again partner with Decision Desk HQ (DDHQ) to provide real-time election results, voting analysis and projections, and race calls.

Co-anchored by Chris Cuomo, Elizabeth Vargas, Leland Vittert, and Chris Stirewalt, the network will present "Decision Desk 2025" live from 7-10 p.m. ET. Throughout the evening, NewsNation Now's Connell McShane will break down voting results and provide up-to-the-minute reporting from the network's Election Big Board in New York.

Beginning at 10 p.m. ET, Mr. McShane and NewsNation Now's Nichole Berlie will co-host a two-hour special, providing the latest projections and summarizing key race results.

Broadcasting from Georgetown University, DDHQ will operate independently, without editorial commentary or interpretation, ensuring that election results are reported solely on the strength of the data. The team will report results on social media and provide video explanations of each race.

Leading up to election day, senior national correspondent Brian Entin will hit the road in a NewsNation RV as part of a special segment entitled, "Driving the Vote: The Pulse of the People." Crisscrossing the country, Mr. Entin will sit down with everyday Americans to hear about the issues that matter most to them, from the economy and tariffs to crime and safety. The segment will tackle stories in five states, with Mr. Entin reporting from Millcreek, Utah; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Burlington, Vermont; rural Ohio; and New Jersey.

On election night, NewsNation correspondents will be stationed across the country, with senior national correspondent Laura Ingle in New York; national correspondent Jessica Kartalija in New Jersey; national correspondent Nancy Loo in California; and Washington correspondent Joe Khalil in Virginia.

White House correspondent Kellie Meyer will provide live reaction from the White House. Additionally, national correspondent Ali Bradley will cover the latest developments on the immigration crackdown from the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas, and foreign correspondent Robert Sherman will report live from Tel Aviv, Israel, on the Israel-Hamas conflict.

On Wednesday morning from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. ET, the network will present a special edition of Morning in America co-hosted by Keleigh Beeson from Chicago and The Hill's Blake Burman from Washington, D.C.

NewsNationNow.com and the NewsNation mobile app will offer live up-to-the-minute results of key races across America and real-time analysis and reaction from voters.

The Hill will feature a preview of what to expect ahead of election day and a live blog on TheHill.com throughout election night. Additional analysis and reaction will follow on TheHill.com as results are finalized.
