Padre Dam is pleased to share that we are transitioning to a new and improved payment platform launching this fall, run by InvoiceCloud. Instructions on how to register your account and start using the new system will be released soon.
Important to Note:

If you're currently enrolled in Autopay, you will need to re-register with InvoiceCloud to continue to take advantage of this service. Once the new platform is live, the previous payment platform will no longer be accessible.

If you're currently enrolled in Paperless Billing, you will be automatically re-enrolled for that service in the new system.
Benefits for Customers:

Customers will be able to make payments through a convenient smart payment hotline.

Email notifications will be sent to customers when their bill is ready along with a reminder just before the due date.

Customers will have the option to sign up for text alerts with a direct link to the payment portal.

A single sign-on will allow you to connect to AquaHawk to view your water use.
