Project Announcement: Evaluation of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination in the U.S. Southern Command (Project No. D2026-DEV0SI-0104.000)

Evaluations

The purpose of this memorandum is to notify you that we are initiating the subject evaluation.* The objective of this evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) process for the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) and its Service and subordinate commands and contractors to support USSOUTHCOM ISR requirements. We may revise the objective as the evaluation proceeds, and we will also consider suggestions from management for additional or revised objectives. We plan to perform this evaluation in accordance with the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency's "Quality Standards for Inspection and Evaluation."
