NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION
LAS 9187
Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that Jessica Ranguette, P.O. Box 7181, Nikiski, Alaska 99635 applied for an extension of their permit to appropriate water on September 17th, 2024. The application proposes the following:
The change of use from a community water source to use as non-domestic irrigation and the withdrawal of water, up to 10,200 gallons per day year-round each year from a drilled well located within a metes and bounds within Northwest One-quarter of the Southeast One-quarter (SW ¼ SE ¼ ) of Section 11, Range 12 West, Township 6 North, Seward Meridian, Kenai Recording District, State of Alaska.
Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing to the above-listed address or to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. on October 9th, 2024. Objection must include the objector's name and address, and any facts tending to show that the rights of the objector or the public interest would be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation.
