The City of Fort Worth's Graffiti Abatement Program partnered with Treetops Academy to create a vibrant new interior mural that brings creativity and energy into the school's learning environment. What was once a plain wall is now a colorful work of art designed to inspire students and celebrate imagination, growth and community.
The mural was made possible in part through the donation of leftover paint from the City's most recent mural project, allowing materials to be reused in a way that supports sustainability while stretching public resources further. This approach reflects the program's commitment to finding creative, cost-effective ways to enhance community spaces.
The project also supports the City's proactive approach to graffiti prevention by demonstrating how art can transform and protect shared environments. This collaboration between City staff, local artists and Treetops Academy shows how small investments can create lasting, meaningful improvements for students and the community.
