Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has advised longstanding client, Natura, on the sale of its Avon Russia business to Arnest Group. The transaction has now completed following receipt of regulatory approvals, and represents the final milestone in Natura's efforts to streamline its operations and refocus its strategy on its core beauty and personal care business in Latin America.
