Early Morning Fatal Fire Under Investigation

Cause Of Fire Currently Undetermined

Early this morning, Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a building fire at 1700 S. Valley View Blvd.

The call came in to dispatch at 4:48 a.m. The fire appears to have originated on the back patio and moved inside. One person was found deceased in a bedroom and the investigation is ongoing. Cause is currently undetermined and damages are estimated at $50,000.
