The London Stock Exchange is pleased to announce the launch of the Non-Executive Director Awards, marking a significant milestone as the awards celebrate their 20th anniversary this year.
The Non-Executive Director Awards, founded by Peel Hunt and supported by The Sunday Times, celebrate the outstanding achievements of non-executive directors across UK boardrooms. Now in its 20th year, the awards have become a benchmark for excellence in governance, strategic leadership, and board effectiveness across listed companies, private enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations.
Each year, the awards honour individuals who demonstrate:
- Exceptional contribution to board effectiveness
- Commitment to good governance and ethical leadership
- Strategic insight and influence
- Support for diversity, innovation, and long-term value creation
