Volusia ECHO Committee to Meet Oct. 9

The Volusia County Environmental, Cultural, Historical, and Outdoor Recreation (ECHO) Advisory Committee will meet at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, in the County Council Chambers of the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand.

The committee will review the 2025 Work Plan and 2024 Annual Report, receive information on restrictive covenants, and hear updates on the ECHO Vision 2040 Strategic Plan and quarterly updates on ECHO and Direct County Expenditure projects.
