Construction and Maintenance Activities Restricted for 2026 Memorial Day Weekend

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that there will be no maintenance or construction activities on limited-access highways for the upcoming Memorial Day Holiday, from 6:00 a.m. Friday, May 22 to 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Only work of an emergency nature will be considered.
In general, Contract Language governs the required restrictions therefore verify and abide by the Contracts Limitations of Operations accordingly.
