America’s Essential Hospitals Applauds Court’s Decision to Halt 340B Rebate Pilot Program

We are pleased that the District Court in Maine has granted an injunction against HRSA's ill-considered and poorly planned 340B rebate pilot program. The ruling affirms that the rebate pilot would directly harm patients and the essential hospitals they depend upon for affordable, high-quality care.
