CHICAGO (March 17, 2026) - Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announces the launch of Grand Hyatt İzmir İstinyePark, marking the second Grand Hyatt hotel in Türkiye and reflecting the growth brand presence of Grand Hyatt across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Formerly managed under the Hyatt Regency brand, the property has undergone a redesign of public spaces, offering an enhanced arrival experience for guests. This includes a new courtyard and an elevated lobby entrance that has convenient access to the luxury retail destination, İstinyePark İzmir Shopping Mall, as well as a stylish new restaurant FARO7, and an exclusive Grand Club, which is set to open soon. The guestrooms at Grand Hyatt İzmir İstinyePark were designed by DeSallesFlint Interior Design, while the Penthouse suite was exclusively designed by Autoban. The hotel features 160 meticulously curated rooms, each bathed in natural light and boasting floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Gulf of İzmir. Every room offers spacious balconies and refined comforts, including an in-room bar, 65" UHD TV, and premium blackout curtains. Subtle technology enhances the guest experience, from motion-activated night lighting to heated all-marble bathroom floors, vanities and sensor-based systems.

Contemporary setting meets Aegean design

Inspired by modern coastal living and the timeless spirit of the Aegean, Grand Hyatt İzmir İstinyePark blends clean architectural lines with warm, natural materials. The new courtyard entrance and lobby, designed by GEO ID Architects, act as a sophisticated urban sanctuary that reflect the city's energy.
