RESCISSION OF PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE

Due to: MCIH-M04-031
Marion County Utilities is rescinding the boil water notice for the Marion Oaks - Communities
For homes and businesses located in or on: SW 165th Place (10 addresses)
- 16520, 16522, 16526, 16534 SW 28th Circle;
- 2828, 2839, 2840, 2868, 2882, 2883 SW 165th Place
The "precautionary boil water notice" from: 9/21/2026 is hereby rescinded following the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.
