NO PARKING BEGINNING THURSDAY September 18th, 2025 at 3:00am until Sunday, September 21st, 2025 at 12:00pm Windsor Avenue from Kenilworth Ave to Home Ave (both sides of the street) NO Parking on Clinton Ave from Windsor Ave to the Alley (this includes parking on the west side in front of the apartment building and Business Permit parking on the east in front of Pillars) NO PARKING BEGINNING THURSDAY September 18th, 2025 at 5:00pm & ending Sunday, September 21st, 2025 at 3:00am NO Parking on Windsor Ave from Oak Park Ave to Kenilworth Ave, both sides of the street NO Parking on Kenilworth Ave from Windsor Ave to Alley (this includes Business Permit Parking on the west side and 90-minute Parking on the east side in front of the park) NO Parking on Grove Ave from Windsor Ave to the City Parking Garage, both east and west sides of the street.
