During 5-12 January 2026, maintenance will be carried out at MyMilitary, the Finnish Defence Forces' service for persons liable for military service. During 8-9 January, also the Regional Offices' customer service will be affected by maintenance of the communication and information system. During this period, matters relating to liability for military service will be handled on a limited basis at Regional Offices. From Monday 12 January onwards, the Regional Offices' customer services will be available again as usual.

In case you need to address your written communications to the Regional Office at this time, you may fill in the forms available at puolustusvoimat.fi/asiointi/lomakkeet, and return the printout to your own Regional Office, which will then provide its decision on the matter by a letter with acknowledgement of receipt only.
