Greensboro Man Arrested On Assault Charges
GREENSBORO, NC (February 23, 2026) - Greensboro Police arrested a local man Sunday on charges that include assault by strangulation.
Layor Joshua Williams, 30, was also charged with assault of an individual with a disability, breaking and/or entering, and misdemeanor crime of domestic violence for an incident that occurred Feb. 15 in the 3900 block of Hahns Lane.
Williams received a $10,000 bond. Online court records indicate he posted bond Monday afternoon.
Court-ordered conditions of Williams' release state that he must have no contact with the victims. He must also abide by all terms and conditions of domestic violence electronic monitoring.
Warrants are publicly available online through Guilford County eCourts.
