City of Norman transitioning to ParkMobile for parking payment system

The City of Norman is transitioning from Flowbird to ParkMobile for mobile parking payments at City operated facilities and spaces. Flowbird users who have used the app in Norman within the past six months will receive notifications about the change. Flowbird will no longer be available for City of Norman mobile parking payments beginning November 1.

To help make the transition seamless, the City is updating pay station decals, installing new ParkMobile signage and distributing informational cards to drivers.

Parkers are encouraged to download the ParkMobile app before November 1 to ensure a smooth transition. Paying at the pay stations with coins or cards, or utilizing text to pay are also still available options.
