Our latest round of Employee Community Grants

At REA Group, we believe what's important to our people should be important to us too. Our Employee Community Grants program enables our people to support grassroots or not-for-profit organisations of their choosing by providing up to $1,000 to help them achieve their goals.

We have just issued our latest round of grants, officially ticking us over 500 successful employee community grants.

About REA's Employee Community Grants Program

Each year, we offer three rounds of 15 grants worth up to $1,000 each. The grants are used to purchase something tangible that will help the organisation achieve their mission.

Since the program began in 2014, we've completed 32 rounds of funding, to more than 500 organisations at a value of over $550,000.

• Free to Feed to update the kitchen supplies used for their experiences

• Rossdale Golf Club supporting their training program and purchasing some new team uniforms

• Heads of State to fund uniforms and kits including cones and ladders for the youth program

• Disabled Surfers Association Central Coast to purchase new rash shirts to keep sun safe

• SES Wyndham West to purchase 2 xtwoprofessional LED scene lights

• Monash Blues Football Club to purchase new footballs for the 2025 season

• The Scout Association of Australia to purchase two CellAED portable defibrillation devices

• Muscular Dystrophy Association of NSW to support the Adult Peer Connect Retreat

• Carnegie Toy Library to purchase toys suitable for children living with disability

• Rangebank Primary School to purchase sensory toys and tools

• Dragonboat Pumicestone to cover wellbeing workshops for over 140 members

• Chelsea Primary School to supply resources for wellbeing programs supporting neurodivergent kids

• The Aftershock to purchase a branded marquee for fundraising events

• Pascoe Vale North Primary School to purchase approximately 150 decodable reader books for 50 prep children
