Utility Billing Portal Down

06/16/2025 - The Leander utility billing payment portal is currently experiencing technical issues. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the problem.

There will be no scheduled disconnects or penalties this week. The next payment due date is Thursday, June 19, 2025, and penalties for that cycle will not be posted until Monday, June 23, 2025. The next scheduled disconnect date is Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

Please note that last cycle's penalties were posted before the website and telephone system went down last week.
