From noon to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23 through Friday, Sept 26, campus and community members are encourage to visit the Keith and Catherine Stein Luminary for a special showcase: "Sustainable Agriculture, Resilient Communities."
This showcase features a study of the social, ecological and
economic factors shaping experiences of Global Gardens farmers.
Enjoy community, appetizers and live music from a local musician at an opening reception from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sept. 24 at the Luminary.
This special showcase was curated by School of Public Service associate professor and program lead, Lisa Meierotto, and professor of Human Environment Research, Rebecca Som Castellano. The team's research and showcase event and project were funded by the Resource Nexus for Sustainability Grand Challenge.
The Keith and Catherine Stein Luminary is an all-digital museum space, producing a range of immersive, interactive and sensory experiences. Combining touch-activated screens and immersive projection, it delivers cutting-edge content focused on visual and performing arts and cultural exhibitions for the community.
