• "Contraband: Seized at the Border" New Season Debuts on Discovery Channel - 8pm ET/PT.
  • Across 7,500 miles of land, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is on the front lines of national security. Each year, officers seize billions of dollars' worth of smuggled narcotics, firearms, and illicit currency to keep our country safe.
    • This season will feature more outrageous, never-before-seen situations including:
      • A man with an active warrant is stopped when he attempts to return to the U.S., but he claims that his brother had stolen his identity and is responsible for the alleged crime.
      • Officers have found at least one person, and suspect there may be another, concealed inside the convertible hatch of a car, coming from Tijuana and bound for San Diego.
      • A man on a seven-hour trip from Toronto back to his home in Wisconsin has been flagged after officers noticed he was visibly upset. After talking with the traveler, officers realize the man is a victim of romance scammers, who con Americans out of more than $1 billion every year.
