A new multi-million-pound Vauxhall retail site has opened in Brighton & Hove, which offers valuable sales and support to the region with a modernised showroom and reimagined customer experience.

Tates Vauxhall is a sales and aftersales centre serving the wider Sussex area, with the strategic investment further solidifying Vauxhall's UK network by reintroducing the brand's presence in the region and reasserting its commitment to customers.

The newly built Vauxhall site, which has been six years in the making, is a 245m² premises featuring a modern, sharp, and pure design with an all-glass facade that invites the customer in, allowing a view of Vauxhall's electrified vehicle range and illuminated Griffin, which sits proudly at the heart of the showroom.

Tates Cars is among the first retailers to display Vauxhall's new corporate identity at its newly opened site. It presents a new design aesthetic that is progressive, detoxed, and British, reflecting the Vauxhall brand of today.

With space for five new Vauxhall vehicles inside, the bright and spacious showroom offers a detoxed experience, cleanly articulated around different zones to give a full brand experience to the customer. Visitors can explore the Vauxhall range with a brand immersion and car exhibition zones, while the electric zone explains all about EV ownership, including the Electric All In ownership package.

Further supporting Britain's EV drivers, the Tates Vauxhall retailer features an impressive 31 charging points on site. For aftersales service, the new retailer features a large, modern workshop with six servicing bays big enough for the largest LCVs, plus an MOT bay to offer a complete Vauxhall solution, from new and used Vauxhall car sales to manufacturer-approved servicing, MOTs, and repairs.

Tates Vauxhall is part of the Tates Group, a family-run motor business which has been active for over 90 years. The new Tates Vauxhall retailer, in the suburb of Portslade, takes the Vauxhall brand into a new era with a confident retail design that embraces new technologies and new opportunities.
