The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified Respondents to complete or advance planning, organizational development, and/or predevelopment services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to be carried out by eligible community organization(s) that are advancing community land trust models for the purpose of providing long-term affordable residential housing to low-income households.
