CNX Therapeutics appoints David Flint as Chief Corporate Development Officer

London, England - Thursday 16 April: CNX Therapeutics Limited ("CNX Therapeutics"), a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on improving patient access to essential medicines, today announced the appointment of David Flint as Chief Corporate Development Officer (CCDO), effective 7 April 2026.

David joins CNX at a pivotal moment in the company's European growth journey, bringing a distinguished track record in corporate M&A and strategic development across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

David is an experienced M&A and corporate development executive with a strong track record of originating and executing complex transactions across the industry, most recently at UCB and Solvay. He brings broad international experience spanning EMEA, the Americas, and Asia, and has worked on deals ranging from small bolt-on acquisitions to transactions in excess of €10bn enterprise value.

In his new role, David will lead CNX Therapeutics' corporate development function, driving the identification and execution of strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and acquisitions that accelerate the company's pan-European expansion.

"David's appointment marks an exciting new chapter for CNX," said Guy Clark, CEO of CNX Therapeutics. "His exceptional experience leading complex, high-value transactions in the pharmaceutical sector, combined with his deep understanding of European markets, makes him ideally placed to help us realise our ambitious growth strategy. We are delighted to welcome him to the team."

"I am thrilled to be joining CNX Therapeutics at such a compelling point in its journey," said David Flint, Chief Corporate Development Officer at CNX Therapeutics. "The company has built an impressive portfolio and strong reputation, and I see tremendous opportunity to build on that foundation through thoughtful, value-creating partnerships and transactions. I look forward to working with Guy and the wider team to drive CNX's next phase of growth."

David's appointment follows hot on the heels of CNX's recent acquisition of the rights to Tacrolimus 5 mg/ml concentrate for infusion from Pharmanovia, the first generic version of Prograf® in European markets.

CNX Therapeutics was acquired by Inflexion Private Equity, a leading mid-market private equity firm, in 2021, and was selected as one of four high-performing portfolio companies for Inflexion's £2.3bn continuation fund in 2025.
