Upcoming lane restrictions on Rossland Road East in Whitby

Whitby, Ontario - The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Rossland Road East (Regional Road 28) in the Town of Whitby.

When: November 11 to December 10. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.

Where: Eastbound lane restrictions on Rossland Road East, from Civic Centre Drive to Garden Street, in Whitby.

Why: To allow for the relocation of Enbridge Gas infrastructure in preparation for a pending Region capital works project.

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
