Did you know Microsoft Copilot can help you summarize documents, analyze data, and even compare different versions of files? Follow the instructions below to compare two documents using Copilot:
Access OneDrive or SharePoint:

Navigate to the folder containing the documents you want to compare.

Select Documents:
Select the two documents you wish to compare.

Initiate Comparison:

OneDrive/SharePoint: Click on the "Copilot" button in the command bar and choose "Compare files".

Word: Open a new document in Word, engage Copilot, and use a command like "/compare policy one with policy two".

Review Results:
Copilot will present the comparison, highlighting differences like additions, deletions, or modifications.

Optional: Merge Documents:
If desired, you can prompt Copilot to merge the compared documents into a single document.
