Aquatech CEO, Devesh Sharma, Participates in the U.S. Commercial Delegation to Samarkand, Uzbekistan

Aquatech participated in the U.S. commercial delegation to Samarkand, Uzbekistan, led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, joining more than 200 U.S. business leaders, senior U.S. government officials, and representatives from across Central Asia to strengthen commercial engagement and investment ties in the region. Representing Aquatech, CEO Devesh Sharma delivered remarks during the opening session of the business forum, sharing perspectives on market opportunities and Aquatech's longstanding presence in Central Asia.

During the visit, Aquatech also meet with Tashkent Mayor Shavkat Umurzakov to explore potential for collaboration on the city's water infrastructure, with a focus on wastewater treatment, water reuse, and resource management. The discussion explored potential areas for collaboration, investment, and the application of advanced water technologies to support Tashkent's long-term development goals.

The engagements provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships with key government and industry stakeholders while identifying potential avenues for future collaborations across Uzbekistan and the broader region.
