CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2025-00084708 de 22 de diciembre de 2025, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía CORPORACIÓN NEXUM NEXUMCORP S.A. cuya oferta pública de la PRIMERA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue aprobada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR 2020-00003492 del 15 de junio de 2020 por el monto de hasta USD $7'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
