Saint Francis University is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the Fall 2025 cohort of its Executive Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership and Innovation program. This 32-month, 51-credit hybrid program is designed for working professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills across various sectors, including business, education, healthcare, and non-profit organizations.
The Ed.D. program combines online coursework with in-person residencies held once a semester. This structure offers flexibility for professionals while fostering collaborative learning and networking opportunities.
Key features of the program include:
• Professional Concentrations: The curriculum offers specialized tracks tailored to various industries, enabling students to align their studies with their professional goals.
• Transfer Credit Opportunities: The program allows for a transfer credit review of up to 21 credits, providing a pathway for professionals with prior graduate-level coursework to accelerate their degree completion.
• Interdisciplinary Approach: The curriculum integrates principles from multiple disciplines, preparing students to implement values-based strategies that improve leadership and workplace culture.
• Ethics-Based Education: Rooted in Catholic Franciscan values, the program emphasizes ethical decision-making and social responsibility.
