Announcement: Vapor Products Directory Update

The Iowa Department of Revenue plans to publish the first Vapor Products Directory on Monday, November 16, 2026.

Once the Vapor Products Directory takes effect, only those vapor products included in the directory can be sold or offered for sale in Iowa. Selling or offering for sale any vapor product that is not included in the directory is prohibited and subject to penalty. Manufacturers should continue to submit Vapor Product Certification applications using GovConnectIowa to include their vapor products in Iowa's Vapor Products Directory.
