The City of Lewiston invites you to review and provide feedback on the draft 2025 Transportation Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

This vital planning document prioritizes major transportation improvement projects based on factors like mobility, safety, economic growth, livability, and responsible governance.

  • The Transportation CIP is a planning guide, not a funding or budgeting document.
  • It is updated annually to reflect progress, adjust ongoing projects, and introduce new initiatives.
  • The annual update process begins each fall and concludes with City Council adoption in late February.
