Job and Internship Fair at the ‘Ville on April 1

Millersville University's Job and Internship Fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., April 1, in the Ville Courts. MU students and alumni, as well as students who attend other PASSHE schools, are invited to attend this event. The Fair is an opportunity for students and alumni to explore careers in their field of study. It also gives them the chance to practice building professional networking skills.

In attendance will be 112 employer partners, and a wide range of employers will be present with representatives from social services/youth advocacy, healthcare, construction, manufacturing and other fields.

Attendees should print multiple copies of their resumes and bring them to the fair. Millersville students are encouraged to visit The Career Center for resume review:

• Schedule an appointment via Handshake with a Career Center staff member.
• Email resume as a Word document to [email protected].
• Stop in during drop-in hours.

Pauline Diaz from The Career Center emphasizes the importance of dressing for success at the fair, in either business professional or business casual attire. She also encourages developing an elevator speech to present yourself to employers.
