A convicted felon was arrested by Violent Crimes Division detectives this afternoon on 18 outstanding charges following an ongoing Organized Retail Crime Unit investigation.
Corrichard Andreko Wells, 38, has become a known shoplifter at big box stores like Target, Walmart and Marshalls over the last year. He was wanted on 10 counts of theft for cases dating back to last October.
Detectives recovered a pistol during his arrest today on Nolensville Pike.
In addition to his theft charges, Wells was booked on four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after he was seen bringing his son with him to commit the shopliftings.
Wells is also wanted on outstanding warrants in Williamson, Wilson, Cheatham, Sumner and Montgomery counties.
