Landsman: “Ice should immediately withdraw from Minneapolis before more innocent Americans are hurt”

Cincinnati, OH - This week, Congressman Greg Landsman (D-OH-01) released the following statement calling on United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to immediately withdraw from Minneapolis:

ICE should immediately withdraw from Minneapolis before more innocent Americans are hurt.

They murdered Renee Good, tear gassed an infant, shut down schools, established "checkpoints" in an American city, and continue to intentionally incite chaos and violence.

What they are doing is not only dangerous to American citizens but also incredibly disrespectful to local law enforcement whose job has been made infinitely more difficult because of ICE's chaos and violence - which ends when they leave.

For the sake of law and order and the safety of innocent Americans, ICE must immediately withdraw from Minneapolis.
