Public Hearings

The following is a continuation of a public hearing held last Monday (December 15, 2025). All public testimony was heard at that time, and no additional public testimony will be taken. However, the final vote on this matter will take place on Monday, December 22, 2025, in the 5:30 p.m. session.

• 25-1541: A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification of 709 South Delaware Street in Baker. (The public hearing on this bill was held on Monday, December 15, 2025, after which the final vote was postponed to Monday, December 22, 2025. The public hearing was closed, and no additional speakers will be taken in this meeting.)
