Drucker + Falk Celebrates Continued Excellence with Seven Wins at 2026 VAMA ACE Awards

DF Multifamily earns seven ACE Awards, underscoring its continued commitment to operational excellence, exceptional communities and industry leadership in Hampton Roads.

DF Multifamily, a division of Drucker + Falk (DF), one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, once again took top honors at the 2026 Apartment Community Excellence (ACE) Awards, earning seven awards and reinforcing the company's longstanding commitment to excellence across the Hampton Roads multifamily housing industry.

Hosted by the Hampton Roads Apartment Council (HRAC), a division of the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), the annual ACE Awards recognize outstanding achievements among multifamily professionals and apartment communities throughout the region. Now in its 14th year, the event brought together industry leaders and professionals from across Hampton Roads to celebrate the people, teams and communities setting the standard for excellence in multifamily housing.

Award recipients were selected through a comprehensive virtual judging process that included detailed submission reviews and interviews. DF's seven honors reflect the dedication of its associates, the strength of its onsite teams and the exceptional communities they serve.

The recognition further underscores DF Multifamily's continued leadership in the industry and its commitment to elevating the resident experience, supporting its teams and creating communities where people are proud to call home.

Here are the DF 2026 ACE Award Winners:

• Best Model Built Prior to 2020: Holly Point
• Community of the Year, Tax Credit, Built Prior to 2015: Buckroe Pointe
• Rookie Maintenance Professional: Kevin Martinez at Axis at PTC
• Community of the Year, average rents $1,526- $1,680: Axis at PTC
• Community of the Year, Mixed Use Community: Helix, Mosaic, and Vista at Summit Point
• Community Manager of the Year 300+ units, honorable mention: Alanis Gloman at Hampton Center
• Management Company Community Service Award: Drucker + Falk
