NJBIZ has recognized FBT Gibbons Co-Managing Partner Peter J. Torcicollo as a recipient of its 2026 Leaders in Law award in the Business: Corporate, Nonprofit, Franchise, M&A, Litigation category. The Leaders in Law program honors attorneys and general counsel who demonstrate exceptional commitment to their profession and to the communities they serve. Honorees will be recognized during an in-person ceremony on Tuesday, March 31 at The Marigold in Somerset.

Torcicollo, who joined Gibbons in 1993, was named managing director in 2022 and, with the formation of FBT Gibbons, became co-managing partner in January of this year. He previously served as the Chair of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Department, and was the firm's Hiring Partner for more than 15 years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, and serves as Chair of the New Jersey Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee (JPAC). He has also been named to NJBIZ's Power 100 List, most recently in the 2025 edition.
