Citadel EHS is pleased to welcome Nicole Naggar, SFP, LEED GA to our consulting team.

Nicole has over 20 years of diverse EHS experience in industries such as consulting, healthcare, higher education, K-12 schools, waste, food & beverage, and medical device. She adds new depth to our team in areas such as hazard communication/analysis, training, chemical hygiene, ergonomics, indoor air quality, emergency response, fire and life safety, injury and illness prevention, workplace exposure monitoring, auditing, injury/accident reduction, root cause analyses and investigations, environmental reporting and permitting, manifest retention, and management of hazardous waste, air, and water quality.

Nicole has a B.S. degree from CSUN in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety. She's also a certified Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) and LEED Green Associate (GA).

In addition to her extensive resume, Nicole has a strong ability to relate and connect to others, to understand and help solve challenges. We think you, our clients and stakeholders, are really going to enjoy and benefit from working with her and we can't wait to introduce you.

Citadel EHS has been recognized by Environmental Business Journal with a 2025 Business Achievement Award for Project Merit for its leadership in a large-scale residential drinking water testing initiative in Los Angeles. The project evaluated potential lead in drinking water across four major public housing communities in Watts and became the largest residential water testing program ever conducted in the City of Los Angeles.
