On April 21, 2025, Liquidia Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liquidia Corporation, a Delaware corporation, filed a patent infringement action against United Therapeutics Corporation in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina alleging the infringement by United Therapeutics of U.S. Patent No. 10,898,494, entitled "Dry powder treprostinil for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension."
