Forbes and Statista have named Schindler a World's Best Employer of 2024

MORRISTOWN, NJ, November 14, 2024 - Schindler is proud to announce its ranking as a World's Best Employer of 2024, according to Forbes and Statista.

The World's Best Employers list recognizes 850 companies across 48 countries. To determine the list, more than 300,000 employees were surveyed at multinational corporate groups that employ more than 1,000 workers and operate in at least two of the six continental regions of the world (Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, North America, and Oceania).

Workers were asked whether they would recommend their company to family or friends, and to rate their employer based on criteria such as salary, talent development, and remote work options.

Schindler ranks 41 out of the 850 companies researched globally, and third within the Engineering / Manufacturing sector.
