Fraudulent messages typically:
The bank DOES NOT send such messages!
Also be especially careful when accessing online banking through an Internet browser. Scammers often create mirror (fake) sites (an example of such a site see here) that visually resemble the bank's internet page in order to trick you into entering your user access data.
They send prompt messages requiring that you enter banking and personal information under the pretext of updating customer data. Look for unusual elements on the page - spelling mistakes, strange buttons or lack of a security icon (padlock) in the address bar.
It is important to know that:
What to do if you receive such a message:
In the event of a suspected fraud, contact the bank only through the official contacts on 070018484 or by email:
If you have already followed a link or entered data, please contact us immediately so that risk mitigation measures can be taken.
Additional recommendations and tips for fraud prevention can also be found on the bank's website.
Sincerely,
The team of UniCredit Bulbank
